It is amazing how helpful very simple techniques can be in solving stress. I became an expert in how to solve stress, because years ago I suffered from severe stress. The first advice my own psychologist gave me at that time was to listen to a CD with relaxing and breathing techniques. It worked amazingly! Since then, I regularly do my breathing meditation and I try new guided meditations on CD and MP3. It keeps me very relaxed and full of self-confidence.
