Whether it is because our fast pace world promotes fast eating, our society has expanded its waste line tremendously. Whether it was a push in after school activities and gym memberships to having fast-food chains adopt a healthy menu people have realized that they need to change their lifestyle.

The United States is the most obese country in the world, which is directly contributing to our declining healthcare. Open heart surgery is the most common surgery in the United States. This is because we clog our arteries with junk food making it impossible for the flow of oxygen and blood to get to our hearts.
